We recognise that leading at the top is both a privilege and a challenge. The Executive Mentor Programme is designed for entrepreneurs, senior managers, and C-suite executives who face complex challenges and want to take their strategic leadership to the next level.

Through confidential one-on-one sessions, participants receive targeted support in making strategic decisions, refining their leadership style, and aligning personal and business goals.

By the end of the programme, leaders are equipped to further develop and implement strategies that secure growth and stability. They gain the confidence to navigate crises, make complex decisions with clarity, and build resilient structures that stabilise teams and optimise resources. Their personal leadership style is sharpened to act as an inspiring example within their organisation.

Programme Format

  • Duration: 6 to 12 months (flexible as needed)
  • Sessions: One full-day private training followed by ongoing mentoring — two 90-minute sessions per month via in-person meetings or video calls
  • Exclusive access: Direct line via phone, email, and messenger for continuous exchange
  • On-site workshops: Up to two personal intensive workshops, depending on needs
  • Scheduling: By arrangement
