Over three to six months, participants gain clarity on their vision, value proposition, and target markets, while building the first customer-focused structures that make a business viable. It is practical, personal, and rooted in real-world agribusiness experience.
For ventures that already have a product or service and are ready to grow, the Start-up Accelerator Programmeprovides the next step. Over six to twelve months, we work with founders and teams to sharpen their go-to-market strategy, build scalable sales structures, and prepare for partnerships or investment. With guidance from people who have built businesses themselves, and with access to international market insights, participants are supported to expand with confidence.
