Description
This half-day in-house training provides a flavour of our training classes and personalised mentoring programme, free of charge.
We cover the three essential areas for commercial teams in agribusiness: Customer Structure, Customer Dialogues, and Territory Management – all within the context of long-term customer support in the field.
Sales and marketing staff are introduced to the core concepts that help them navigate the market and their teams with confidence. The content covers, among other things, accurately assessing sales potential, classifying customers correctly understanding the exact value creation, managing the sales process with confidence, and taking responsibility for one’s own area. The aim is for the team to focus on the right things, align activities efficiently and effectively together.
Target group:
From career starters to experienced professionals in sales, marketing and production management. (senior managers welcome)
